Accessories for part measurement
Fixinspect is Witte's range of accessories that can simplify and streamline the measuring process.
The accessories consist of different adapters that can be used for both tactile and optical measurement. The adapters are user-friendly to work with and are placed directly on the object where measurement data is required.
Fixinspect adapters can be used for different purposes, depending on the part feature to be measured. For example, it is easy to document part details such as hole positions, corners, edges and threads using Fixinspect.
High precision
Like Witte's other products, Fixinspect components are manufactured with great accuracy. This means that there is high precision on the individual adapters and that the measurement result can be referred back to the part detail that the adapter is placed in or on.
Fixinspect is designed with magnets and pins to hold the adapters in place, providing precise positioning every time. This results in fast preparation of parts for measurement and ensures high repeatability.
