Zebicon is certified to perform service and maintenance of Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology systems.
We are your local service expert, and perform on-site Maintenance Service or Repair Service on your metrology system when needed.
Service and maintenance is planned and coordinated on an ad-hoc basis, and is offered based on individual offers depending on your system configuration.

Maintenance Service
Regular support and maintenance of your GOM metrology system
Maintenance Service is a thorough service of your Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology measuring system, which we recommend is done annually.
We offer Maintenance Service on:
- ATOS Sensor Incl. PC
- ATOS ScanBox
- ATOS Plus
Our service experts inspect the whole system, clean filters, and examine a variety of functions. Furthermore, every component is checked proactively to prevent damages and wear, and avoid a possible breakdown.
To heighten the operational reliability, components which are prone to wear and tear will be replaced.
Repair Service
Ad-hoc repair of your metrology system
If you experience a breakdown on your metrology system, which cannot be fixed through a phone call, we will offer on-site Repair Service.
Repair Service will be performed by our service experts, who will repair or replace any defect component that is causing the problem.
With Zebicon as your local Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology service expert, you will be in touch with people who know you and your company.
Repair Service is performed at an hourly rate and any component costs will be added.

With Protect and Protect Plus you will receive a three-year maintenence contract which guarantees that your system will be repaired quickly in case of breakdown.
Software Maintenance Agreement
With the Software Maintenance Agreement, you ensure fully updated software. We offer support by phone, e-mail, and online meetings, regarding issues related to Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology hardware and 3D software.
