These contracts are ideal for companies with a metrology system in or near production where quick response time on support and repair is needed to minimize the risk of downtime.

Protect
Maintenance contract for your metrology system
With a Protect maintenance contract, you will receive service and maintenance of your Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology system annually.
Our technicians will proactively replace components that are prone to wear and tear to guarantee reliable performance and durability.
Protect includes:
- Recertification
- Maintenance Service (sensor, PC, and robot)
- Travel expenses regarding maintenance
- Response time within 24 hours on workdays
- Technician on-site within 3-4 workdays
The Protect maintenance contract guarantees you quick response time in case of breakdown, meaning that you will not experience a malfunctioning measurement system for longer periods.
Protect Plus
Even faster response time on repair and maintenance
With Protect Plus, you will receive even faster response time in case of breakdown. This is ideal for companies where production run time is of utmost importance.
Protect Plus includes:
- Recertification
- Maintenance Service (sensor, PC, and robot)
- Travel expenses regarding maintenance
- Response time within 4 hours on workdays
- Technician on-site within 24 hours on workdays
As part of the Protect Plus maintenance contract, Zebicon will keep critical spare parts on stock for your Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology system in case of a defect. This way, our technician will be able to get on-site quickly with the components to repair or maintain your system
